    To develop the Industrial Engineering discipline to further support the 4th industrial revolution (smart operations and productions) and society 5.0, which are adaptive, innovative and flexible in the sectors of ergonomics and human factors; manufacturing engineering system; industrial system optimization and techno-economics; system and information management.
