The use of digital technology in TV broadcasting transmission system yields a lot of benefits, such as better receiving quality, less transmission power, and more efficient in bandwidth. The implemented digital roadcasting standards in Indonesia are DVB-T and DVB-H. In this research, the interference of DVB-H and DVB-T with analog PAL TV in the transition time to Digital broadcasting system is simulated and analyzed by using SEAMCAT software. The simulation results show that the interference of adjacent channels occurs when the receiver is placed in the edge of system transmitter in radius of 45 km and within 0-15 km of interferencing transmitter environment. Mitigation interference technique with co-site transmitter decreases the interference up to 1% probability. Mitigation interference technique with Emmision Masking/Block Edge Mask (BEM) adequate to overcome the interference when the transmitter radius is more than 1 km from the interferencing transmitter, but it fails when the interferencing transmitter’s radius is less than 1 km.
