A Computerized System of Written Recruitment Test

Written tests for the purpose of employee recruitment is currently done either manually or semi-manually, making it prone to errors as well as requiring a fairly long time to process. A computerized system of such test using Borland Delphi 7 and Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 as database management system is proposed. Results show that not only using the proposed system is easier and faster compared to using the conventional system, but it also enables the user to control the test system needed.
