Golf players often find that the conventional ball dispensers are troublesome; for instance such dispensers might require one to press the switch repeatedly before the balls can be ejected, and most of the time a caddy is needed to put the ball in place.
This research aims to design an electronic system which dispenses the balls automatically using microcontrollers and a computer. The microcontroller is used to control the switch, photodiodes, LCD and motor stepper to make sure the ball can be dispensed properly, whilst the computer stores and processes a database consisting of the players’ data.
