Blood pressure monitoring can be done directly and indirectly. Blood pressure measurement widely uses a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. To use sphygmomanometer and stethoscope one needs skill to obtain systolic and diastolic value and therefore it is difficult enough for common people. This paper explains digital blood pressure measurement to help hypertension patients in monitoring blood pressure. This system was designed using AVR ATmega32 microcontroller as a control process with input from pressure sensor MPX 5050DP. Output system as a result of the measurement is displayed on LCD and IC ISD 2560 is produced voice that is used to classify blood pressure level. From result of examination was obtained the error value 1,017% for systolic, 1,7% for diastolic, and 13,236% for heart rate per minute.
