Simulation of Utilization of Radio Frequency Identifier (RFID) on Security Systems of Safety Box

Safety boxes are provided by banks for their customers to store their valuables. Therefore the security aspect plays a very important part. In general a double-lock system is used to secure the box, but there are cases where keys are lost or forged. One method to overcome this problem is to use radio frequency identifier (RFID), an identification device in the form of a card where a unique identity code is stored. This system uses a computer, RFID, PIR sensor, webcam, microcontroller, keypad, LCD and a safety equipped with limit switch and solenoid. Test results show that the system works in accordance to the design.
