The Application Of Basic Electric Circuit Teaching Material Using Adobe Flash

Information technology development has stimulated the advance of multimedia system. This also increases the production of multimedia software. Adobe Flash is one of multimedia softwares that can be used to create animation and simulatio, with its own programming language, called ActionScript. ActionScript can be used to make the simulation more interactive since it allows user to control every object in Adobe Flash. Electric Circuit I Teaching Application is a simulation software developed in this research. This Application contains Electric Circuit I Theory, Electric Circuit I analysis mesh simulation, Electric Circuit I quiz simulation, and Thevenin and Norton theorem simulation. Testing showed that this Flash application is able to simulate the Electric Circuit course, gives the students a visual study material.
