My two-year study at the Master program of Applied English Linguistics at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia has been a wonderful and fruitful academic journey, during which I have gained abundant knowledge that has greatly benefitted my career as an English teacher and a language practitioner. Not only have I learned essential theoretical concepts of the language, but the program has also equipped me with plethora of practical insights that I can implement in various fields of work, such as translation, discourse analysis, and English for Specific Purposes. All the lecturers undeniably possess profound knowledge in their respective areas of interest and always strive to provide cutting-edge information and input in my exploration of the discipline.
