Retha Arjadi is an clinical psychologist specializing in mental health, including digital and global mental health. She currently practices as a clinical psychologist and serves as Co-Founder of Kalea Psychological Services. In addition, she is active as a lecturer and speaker in various mental health education forums. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Groningen, Netherlands.
Richard Nitihardja is an HR Consultant. He currently serves as Human Capital Director at FonBright Indonesia. He has extensive experience in supporting organizations in developing HR strategies, improving productivity, and building organizational culture. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
Okki Sutanto is an Indonesian writer and entrepreneur. He is currently active as a communication strategist and serves as a speaker and trainer in creative writing and critical thinking. He has authored books and written opinion pieces for Harian Kompas. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
Irene Kurniawan is a professional in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. She currently serves as Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Supervisor at Triputra Group. She has experience in managing recruitment processes, developing employer branding strategies, and building talent pipelines. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
Heri Hermawan is an Indonesian Learning & Development. He currently works as a consultant in learning development, people development, and innovation management. He has experience in designing learning strategies that support business objectives. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
Isabela Rosalina Ferly is an Indonesian Human Capital professional. She currently serves as Head of Recruitment Management at PT Astra International Tbk. She has experience in managing corporate recruitment strategy and implementation. She completed her Master’s degree in Management from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
