ABOUT DOCTOR OF PSYCHOLOGY STUDY PROGRAM
The Doctorate in Psychology (DPsi) is designed for academics, practitioners, and aspiring researchers who want to advance their careers while contributing original, impactful scholarship. Our research areas are strongly rooted in the socio-cultural context of Indonesia, which includes socio-cultural psychology (family resilience and child protection, culture and leadership, cultural diversity in organizations, conflict resolution at micro and meso levels, entrepreneurial behavior, identity, and social cohesion) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (psychology and public policy, quality of life, stigma, discrimination and marginalization, conflict resolution, human rights, access to justice, and various forms of community empowerment interventions).

We train candidates to develop comprehensive understanding of human behavior in context, which in turn prepares them to become independent scholars and leaders in psychology.
