Jakarta, April 21, 2025 – Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (AJCUI) recently welcomed representatives from Dalian Neurosoft University (DNUI), China, as part of an ongoing effort to deepen international collaboration in medical technology, radiology, and biomedical innovation. The visit included academic discussions with both the School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) and the School of Bioscience, Technology, and Innovation (SBTI) of AJCUI. The visit served as a follow-up to previous online discussions between AJCUI and DNUI. During the meeting, both institutions explored possibilities for future collaboration in the fields of radiology, hospital informatics systems, and biomedical research.

DNUI presented their latest medical software and MRI technology, which has already been adopted by several hospitals in Indonesia. In response, AJCUI expressed interest in integrating advanced imaging tools and informatics into clinical training and research, particularly through its Department of Radiology. SMHS also discussed the potential for sending lecturers to DNUI for laboratory observation and training under future exchange opportunities. In addition to the academic meeting, DNUI also delivered a guest lecture at AJCUI in BSD Campus. The lecture emphasized the university’s strengths in medical imaging and neuroinformatics, sparking considerable student interest in cross-border academic exchange. This visit marks a step forward in AJCUI’s broader mission to integrate digital transformation in healthcare, promote international collaboration, and expand faculty and student mobility in health sciences and medical innovation.
