Jakarta, 3-12 August 2025 – Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (AJCUI) proudly hosted the Passage to ASEAN (P2A) 3-City Summer Program 2025, held from August 3 to 12, 2025 under the theme “3 Cities Amazing Business: Learning and Exploring Insightful, Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism.” The program kicked off at AJCUI Semanggi Campus from August 3–6, where students from ASEAN universities participated in business workshops, company visits, and lively cultural activities, including the Amazing Race at Jakarta’s historic Kota Tua. These sessions gave participants valuable insights into entrepreneurship, innovation, and tourism while experiencing Jakarta’s cultural diversity.
From Jakarta, the journey continued to Universitas Muria Kudus (UMK) from August 6–9, where participants explored local entrepreneurship, joined startup talks, and learned about the region’s creative economy through industry visits. They also experienced Kudus’ cultural heritage firsthand, with immersive sessions on Gamelan music and the iconic Kretek Dance. The final stop was at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta (UAJY) from August 9–12, where students discovered the heart of sustainable tourism and participated in hands-on batik workshops. The program concluded with a closing ceremony and awards session, celebrating the friendships and knowledge gained throughout the 10-day journey. The P2A 3-City Summer Program reflects AJCUI’s ongoing commitment to global collaboration, cross-cultural learning, and entrepreneurial development. By connecting students from diverse ASEAN backgrounds, the program fosters meaningful partnerships and equips participants with insights to navigate an increasingly interconnected world. (RBA)
