Jakarta, May 9, 2025 – On May 9th, 2025, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (AJCUI) became the main host of one of NUNI International Seminar Series #9 that began on May 5th until May 9th, 2025. The seminar with the main title “Smart Hustle: Using AI, Ethical Business, and Financial Wisdom to Build a Sustainable Career” which focused on AI & Ethics, invited total of 9 universities, including AJCUI, in the yearly seminar series to be the host of the seminar(s). NUNI—short for Jejaring Perguruan Tinggi Nusantara or Nationwide University Network in Indonesia—is a strategic consortium of Indonesian universities established to enhance educational quality through collaboration. This program is open for public, where participants will get E-Certificates for each seminar they joined.
AJCUI hosted one of the seminar on May 9th, titled “Future-Proof Your Career: Gen AI Skills, Ethical Thinking, and the Traits Employer Wants“ and invited many students of AJCUI and also partners to join this session. The speaker of this session is Dr. Albert Quek from Multimedia University, Malaysia, with the moderator Erin. S.Kom., M.Kom. from Binus University. In this session, Dr. Albert talked about how the job hunting has evolved especially with the existence of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and young people have to adapt for it. They must understand about many aspects, including ATS-Friendly CV, what employers want nowadays, and regarding ethics in the AI world. (RBA)
