Overview
National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology (NKFUST) was a public university of science and technology located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. In 2018, NKFUST merged with the National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences and the National Kaohsiung Marine University to form the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST), known as the largest science and technology university in southern Taiwan, with multiple campuses and a broad range of academic disciplines. This institution focuses on technological innovation, practical skills, and close industry linkages, providing students with applied learning opportunities and research experiences in engineering, business, foreign languages, and more.
NKUST supports a large student community and diverse academic structure across colleges including engineering, management, electrical engineering and computer science, finance and banking, and foreign languages.
