Krirk University is a private university located in Bang Khen District, Bangkok, Thailand, originally founded in 1952 as the Languages and Professions School by Dr. Krirk Mangkhlaphrik and later upgraded to university status in 1995. Over decades, it has grown from a language-focused institution into a comprehensive university with multiple faculties and colleges, including business, liberal arts, law and international studies, while maintaining its historical strength in language education. Krirk University emphasizes a global outlook, strong institutional partnerships, and a diverse academic environment that serves both Thai and international students.

Academic Calendars

The academic year at Krirk University is divided into two semesters:

Spring Semester:

  2. Semester Start: Early March

  3. Semester End: Late June - Early July

Fall Semester:

  2. Semester Start: Early September

  3. Semester End: Late December - Early January

Orientation for international students is conducted a week before each semester, covering essential topics such as course registration, cultural adaptation, and campus facilities.
