AJCUI Strengthens Global Partnerships with GIPE++ 2025 Reception

Jakarta, 21 July 2025 – Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (AJCUI) proudly hosted the Official Reception for the GIPE++ 2025 Program on Monday, 21 July 2025, at Aula D, Semanggi Campus. The event welcomed distinguished faculty members and students from Germany who are part of the Global Intercultural Project Experience (GIPE++) 2025, underscoring AJCUI’s continued commitment to fostering global partnerships and cross-cultural collaboration. The reception was opened by warm greetings from Prof. Dr. dr. Yuda Turana, Sp.S(K), Rector of AJCUI, alongside university leaders from FIABIKOM and FBTI. Representing the German delegation, faculty members also delivered their remarks, highlighting the value of interdisciplinary teamwork and the shared mission to drive community development, environmental sustainability, and digital innovation.

The event also featured a special sharing session from AJCUI students who participated in the GIPE++ Spring School in Germany earlier this year. They shared their transformative experiences working alongside international peers to design impactful solutions for real-world challenges. German students also shared their expectations and excitement about the collaborative projects to come. Closing the event, all participants joined for a group photo session followed by an informal networking and gathering session, further strengthening the bonds between AJCUI and its international partners. Through GIPE++ 2025 (Global Intercultural Project Experience), AJCUI strengthens its role in fostering global collaboration. Supported by DAAD, the program connects four universities across four continents to co-create innovative solutions for community development, sustainability, and digital innovation.
