PBI Students Win Best Paper at International Forum

Congratulations to Stefani Indira Dewati, a student of the English Education Study Program, class of 2020, for winning the Best Paper Award at the Undergraduate International Research Forum organized by Pampanga State University of Agriculture (PSAU), Philippines, on August 29-30, 2024.

The Research Forum, a collaboration between three universities across three countries, brought together the Faculty of Education at PSAU, Philippines, FPB Unika Atma Jaya, Indonesia, and the University of Karachi, Pakistan.

With the theme "Sustainable Development through Education: Research-Driven Approaches," the forum invited undergraduate students to present their research papers before a panel of esteemed judges, comprising lecturers and researchers from PSAU, Unika Atma Jaya, and the University of Karachi.

Stefani's paper, titled Realistic Fiction in Digital Storytelling and Listening Comprehension: Looking at Students’ Point of View, was selected as the Best Paper based on the jury’s evaluation.

Representing FPB Unika Atma Jaya on the jury were Dr. Luciana, M.Ed., and Mrs. Ani Yani, M.Hum. The judging panel was divided across different sessions, with each session comprising five groups of student researchers and three judges from different institutions.
