Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT), formerly known as Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC), is a prominent private higher education institution in Malaysia established in 1969 by the Malaysian Chinese Association to expand access to tertiary education and meet industry needs.
