To achieve excellence in the development of applied linguistics in English grounded in local epistemologies within transnational contexts.

  • To provide education that produces doctoral graduates in applied linguistics in English grounded in local epistemologies;
  • To advance research in applied linguistics in English based on local epistemologies, achieving recognition at both national and international levels;
