Greetings from Providence University, Taiwan!

 

Today, we are thrilled to share good news about the feasible entry for the international students!!

The Ministry of Education(MOE), Taiwan released the news to us on January 14 to state that they will open the border this spring for international students who take the Fee-paying Chinese language program for 15 hours per week at PU for at least 6 months.

 

Important dates:
Nomination deadline (partners): January 25,Tuesday
Application deadline (students): January 28, Friday
Before February 14: PU submits the participants list to MOE, Taiwan.
February 14-March 1: PU issues the admission letter for international students to apply for visa application.
March 1:International students can enter Taiwan with valid visa

 

Actions before January 25(Tues.):

1. If you have nominated your students for the 2022 spring exchange program, please kindly check with the nominees to see if they wish to take this program, if yes,then kindly report to us and give our appropriate guidance.
2. If you didn‘t send any nominees to us before, but after sharing the news, your students plan to take this program to Taiwan, please nominate your students to us and at the same time students need to fill out the online application.
