International Seminar on Industrial Engineering and Management (ISIEM) is annual seminar that conducted and hosted jointly by Department of Industrial Engineering from 8 universities. namely : Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia , Trisakti University, Telkom University, Esa Unggul University, Pasundan University, Al Azhar Indonesia University, Tarumanagara University.  9^th ISIEM was held in Grand Inna Muara Hotel Convention and Exhibition, Padang, Sumatra Barat in September  20-23, 2016 with collaboration with local host, Bung Hatta University. This event was also supported by Indonesian Association of Industrial Engineering Higher Education (BKSTI) and Indonesian Industrial Engineering & Management Association (ISTMI)

Presented in this seminar as a keynote speaker were Mr Milko Pierre Papazoff  French External Trade Counsellor (Vice President of Malaysian Chapter-Asian Affairs), Dato’ Profesor Emeritus Ir. Dr. Zainai Bin Mohamed (UTM Razak School of Engineering and Advance Technology), and Mr. Gursel ilipinar, PhD Innovation Management Expert ESADE Business School – Barcelona

Under main theme “Collaborative Innovation Towards Borderless Industrial and Economic System” 9^th ISIEM successfully covered more than 100 research papers from local and international researcher
