HUMAN RESOURCE FUTURE CHALLENGE: INNOVATIVE, ADAPTIVE, COLLABORATIVE

Dari Jakarta Menuju Konvensi Nasional Humas 2020

“HUMAN RESOURCE FUTURE CHALLENGE: INNOVATIVE, ADAPTIVE, COLLABORATIVE"

Digital technologies demand that people acquire new skills. And people are demanding new ways of working. These two trends call for new talent and organization strategies. Leaders understand that thriving in the digital age requires them to take on the disruptive forces changing their industry—with speed, confidence, and bold new bets.

Therefore, when recruiting, organizations look for their potential candidates’ knowledge, skills, capability, and personality. Those characteristics have their own mosaic for a different kind of business. However, the Economic World Forum for 2025 has noted specific skills that a person must have to be part of the future, such as adaptive, innovative, and collaborative.

This is nothing less than a similarly bold approach to “new skilling” that will prepare the workforce to support continuous innovation and growth. New skilling programs should be driven by innovation, aligned with dynamic business objectives, and designed to improve performance.

Based on the need for this great human resource, the School of Communication of the Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in, collaboration with the PR Association (PERHUMAS) Indonesia,
