Round Table Discussion on the International Experiences on Social Policies

Department of Business Administration, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia together with Perkumpulan Prakarsa, RumahKebangsaan and donesia Corruption Watch (ICW)I, and supported by the  Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) Indonesian Office held a special discussion at IJ Kasimo Building 8th floor, AtmaJaya Catholic University of Indonesia on January 13, 2014.

 

 

 

The topic of the discussion was “Social Policy and Sustainable Economic Development: The European/German Experiences”, with Dr. Michael Dauderstädt (Director of Division for Economic and Social Policy of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Germany) as the speaker and Dr. A. Prasetyantoko  (lecturer of Departement of Business Administration) as the moderator.

 

  

 

Dr. Dauderstädt explained about the economic situation in Germany before and after the reform and also about the supported condition of the economic situation in Germany. The participants looked so enthusiastic and asked some very meaningful questions on the leadership in Germany, human capital in Germany, etc. (Ati Cahayani)
