Graduates can develop ideas of how to design interesting learning models, methodologies and media in the learning and teaching processes in an active, creative innovative way by making use of TPACK, which is adjusted in accordance with the students’ needs and characteristics

A flexible learning and teaching system that uses a structured Learning Management System (LMS), which is conducted both synchronously and asynchronously
The adoption of the nationally acknowledged curriculum, which is carried out through the development of values, attitudes, knowledge, and skills that are based on digital pedagogy.

My experience as one of the students at In-Service PPG at Unika Atma Jaya has given me plenty of valuable lessons, expanding my horizon and opening my eyes to the act that being a teacher is not only about reaching the final “scores” but also about dealing with the core problems that we teachers often face in our respective classes. As every student may demonstrate their idiosyncratic behaviors, teachers are expected to be able to come up with ideas to design learning models, methods or media that can appeal to these students during the learning and teaching activities.

Unika Atma Jaya, particularly the In-Service Teacher Professional Program, has taught me so many valuable experienced to solve real issues that happen in our classrooms, which we might have overlooked before. I also learn how to make use of T-PACK, which has been made to suit the students’ needs and characteristics, to help myself become an active, creative and innovative teacher.

I would like to express my gratitude to all lecturers and mentoring teachers who are more than willing to guide me and my other colleagues to complete this in-service PPG. I also want to extend my appreciation to all the administrators who are always ready to help us when needed.

I have garnered so much experience and knowledge throughout my study at Pre-Service PPG at Unika Atma Jaya, Jakarta. I was guided well by all the lecturers at Atma Jaya, and they show high levels of tolerance, exceptional range of knowledge, openness to questions and discussions and patient in dealing with all our questions as students of Pre-Service Programs during the courses. The campus environment is also very warm with all the complete facilities to support our learning, which include library, WIFI, computer labs, and so on. There is so much knowledge that I have got, thanks to the guidance from the Pre-Service PPG lecturers at Unika Atma Jaya. Now, I am more than ready to become a professional educator.
