Jakarta, 13 July 2026 — Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (AJCUI) continues its leadership transition with the appointment of Prof. Rosdiana Sijabat, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D. as Vice Rector for Innovation, Research, Collaboration, and Alumni. Her appointment marks a continuation of the university's leadership and strengthens its commitment to advancing research, innovation, collaboration, and engagement with its wider academic community.
Prof. Rosdiana brings an academic background in economics and has been involved in research and academic development at Unika Atma Jaya. Her expertise is also reflected in her role within the university's research ecosystem, where she is listed among the experts of the Institute for Research and Community Development (LPPM). The institution itself emphasizes the development of academic networks at local, national, regional, and international levels, as well as research that can contribute to public policy and broader societal impact. In her new role, Prof. Rosdiana will oversee areas that are closely connected to the university's efforts to strengthen its academic and institutional development, including research and innovation, collaboration with external partners, and alumni engagement. These areas also provide an important foundation for expanding academic networks and creating opportunities for collaboration across institutions and countries.
Her appointment comes as Unika Atma Jaya continues to strengthen collaboration and interdisciplinary approaches in responding to increasingly complex global challenges. With research, innovation, and collaboration among the university's key areas of development, the new leadership is expected to further support AJCUI's efforts to expand its academic networks and contribute to meaningful partnerships both nationally and internationally.
