Faculty of Engineering has a vision to become a faculty with academic and professional excellence at both national and international levels, grounded on the values of Christianity. With a wide range of facilities as well as other supporting activities, students have the opportunities to enhance their skills and acquire abundant knowledge that will be useful for their future careers.

ABOUT THE FACULTY

Faculty of Engineering (FT) of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia was founded on July 1 1961, which was then known as Faculty of Technology. The first major offered by FT at that time was Mechanical Engineering. The name was changed into Faculty of Engineering in 1985 based on the issuance of the decree of Minister of Education and Culture. In 1988, the second major, Electrical Engineering, was opened to admission. In the following years, FT has consistently grown, with its current four undergraduate programs, namely Mechanical Engineering Study Program, Electrical Engineering Study Program, Industrial Engineering Study Program, and Information Systems Study Program.

In addition to the undergraduate programs, FT Unika Atma Jaya also opens its postgraduate programs, namely Master of Mechanical Engineering, Master of Electrical Engineering and Engineer Profession Program. Since 2017, Faculty of Engineering has conducted its classes in two campuses: Campus 1 Semanggi for postgraduate programs (Master of Mechanical Engineering, Master of Electrical Engineering and Engineer Profession Program) and Bachelor of Industrial Engineering Study Program and Campus III BSD for all undergraduate programs (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Information Systems).
