Dr. Yerik Afrianto Singgalen completed his undergraduate education at Satya Wacana Christian University in 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree, followed by a Master's degree in Psychology in 2014. He furthered his studies by obtaining a Doctorate in the same field in 2019 and added another Master's degree in 2022. Dr. Yerik's expertise encompasses Tourism, focusing on Sentiment Analysis, Ecotourism, Remote Sensing, and Decision Support Systems. As an educator, he teaches various courses such as Information Systems Analysis and Design, Project Management in Information Systems, and Service Psychology, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of technology application and management within the tourism industry. As an academic dedicated to community empowerment and social welfare development, Dr. Yerik has made significant contributions through his research and publications.
