Ir. Ronald Sukwadi completed his bachelor's degree at Diponegoro University (2002), his master's degree at the same university (2004), and earned his Ph.D. from Chung Yuan Christian University (2012). He specializes in Quality Management, Innovation, Operations Management, and Data Analytics. As an educator, Ir. Ronald teaches courses such as Operations Analysis, Industrial Economics, and Quality Management, and is involved in Case Studies to provide students with analytical skills. Among his important publications are "Building Customer Relationship Management through the integration of DineServ and Kansei Engineering," and customer sentiment analysis in "Online Transportation Service in the Twitter World." Other works include "Introduction to Occupational Safety and Health" and research on consumer behavior regarding cigarettes in Jabodetabek.
