Biography
Indriaswati Dyah Saptaningrum, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., began her academic journey by earning her Bachelor of Laws degree from Gadjah Mada University in 1999, followed by a Master of Laws from the University of Warwick in 2005. She then pursued her doctoral studies at the University of New South Wales, completing her degree in 2021 with a focus on contemporary legal issues. As an expert in Cyber Law, Dr. Indriaswati possesses analytical insight into internet governance and its relationship with human rights. She also has experience in artificial intelligence (AI) regulation and privacy issues, making her one of the leading thinkers in discussions on legal challenges in the digital era. In her role as an educator, Dr. Indriaswati teaches various subjects, including Professional Ethics, Information & Electronic Transaction Law, and Technology Law. She is committed to preparing students with the knowledge necessary to navigate the ever-evolving legal landscape. As an academic and researcher, Dr. Saptaningrum has published several significant works, including "Policy Paper: Accelerating National Economic Recovery with Progressive Digital Economy Policies to Support National Strategies in the Digital Economy." This work provides an in-depth analysis of the role of digital policies in expediting Indonesia's economic recovery post-pandemic. Additionally, in her publication titled "Policy Paper: Study on Cloud Computing Policy in Indonesia," Dr. Saptaningrum explores the challenges and opportunities related to the adoption of cloud computing technology, offering recommendations to enhance infrastructure and utilization of this technology in Indonesia.
