1. Master of Science in Psychology (MPSI – Science Track)

  • Scanned/photographed copy of Academic Transcript

  • Scanned/photographed copy of Bachelor’s Degree Certificate or Certificate of Graduation
    (For Joint Programs with Timor-Leste, the degree equivalency issued by KEMDIKTISAINTEK may be submitted after the applicant is officially accepted)

2. MLTBI, MM, MBIOTEK, MTM, MTE, MAB, MET, MAKSI, PPAK & PPI

  • Scanned/photographed copy of Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
    (Applicants holding overseas degrees must attach degree equivalency issued by KEMDIKTISAINTEK; for Joint Programs with Timor-Leste, this may be submitted after acceptance)

  • Scanned/photographed copy of Bachelor’s Academic Transcript

  • 3×4 cm passport photograph

  • Scanned/photographed copy of National Identity Card (KTP)

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Letter of Recommendation from a supervisor or lecturer/advisor in the prescribed format (Download File)

3. Master of Biomedical Sciences (MBIOMED)

  • Scanned/photographed copy of Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
    (Applicants with overseas degrees must submit degree equivalency issued by KEMDIKTISAINTEK; for Joint Programs with Timor-Leste, this may be submitted after acceptance)

  • Scanned/photographed copy of Bachelor’s Academic Transcript

  • 3×4 cm passport photograph

  • Scanned/photographed copy of National Identity Card (KTP)

  • Curriculum Vitae including detailed employment history

  • Letter of Recommendation from a supervisor or lecturer/advisor in the prescribed format (Download File)

  • Essay based on the provided guidelines (Download File)


4. Professional Psychology Program

  • Registration fee: IDR 500,000

  • Color scanned copies of Bachelor’s Degree Certificate and Academic Transcript in Psychology

  • Bachelor’s Program Accreditation B with a minimum GPA of 3.00

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Passport photograph (soft copy)

  • Color scanned copy of National Identity Card (KTP)

  • Motivation Letter with the following requirements:

    • Written in narrative form, minimum 10 lines, without a title

    • Topic: reasons for pursuing the Professional Psychology Program

    • Signed at the end of the text

    • Handwritten using a ballpoint pen on plain A4 paper (portrait orientation), then scanned and submitted in PDF format

  • One (1) Letter of Recommendation from a non-family referee

5. Doctor of Law, Technology, and Business Innovation (DLTBI)

  • Scanned/photographed copies of Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Certificates
    (Applicants with overseas degrees must attach degree equivalency issued by KEMDIKTISAINTEK)

  • Scanned/photographed copies of Bachelor’s and Master’s Academic Transcripts
    (Minimum GPA required: > 3.50)

  • Recent color passport photograph

  • Research Interest Summary


6. Doctor of Psychology (DPSI)

  • Motivation Letter (Download File)

  • Two (2) Letters of Recommendation, one of which must be from an Academic Advisor/Thesis Supervisor (Download File)

  • Copies of Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Certificates

  • Copies of Bachelor’s and Master’s Academic Transcripts (minimum GPA > 3.26)

  • Copy of National Identity Card (KTP)

  • 3×4 cm color passport photograph

  • Dissertation Research Proposal (maximum 5 pages)

  • Writing samples (e.g., journal articles, research papers, or books)

  • Resume / Curriculum Vitae
    (The CV must include personal information and detailed records of scientific publications, professional experience—including part-time work and research—and membership in professional organizations)


7. Master of Law

  • Scanned/photographed copy of Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
    (Applicants with overseas degrees must attach degree equivalency issued by KEMDIKTISAINTEK; for Joint Programs with Timor-Leste, this may be submitted after acceptance)

  • Scanned/photographed copy of Bachelor’s Academic Transcript

  • 3×4 cm passport photograph

  • Photograph of National Identity Card (KTP)

  • Letter of Recommendation from a supervisor or lecturer/advisor in the prescribed format (Download File)

  • Legal certification or a statement verifying work experience related to the legal field
    (Supporting document for applicants whose Bachelor’s degree is not in Law, if available)

  • One-page A4 Motivation Letter explaining the reasons for applying to the Master of Law Program

8. Professional Pharmacist Program

  • Scanned/photographed copy of Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree Certificate or Certificate of Graduation

  • Scanned/photographed Letter of Recommendation from the originating university (minimum Head of Study Program)
    (Required for new students who are non-alumni of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia; Download File)

  • Scanned/photographed Accreditation Certificate of the Bachelor’s Study Program (minimum “Very Good”)

  • Scanned/photographed Academic Transcript
    (Minimum GPA: = 3.0 for public universities, = 3.5 for private universities)

  • 3×4 cm color passport photograph

  • Certificate of Drug-Free Status (Download File)

  • Medical Certificate from a General Practitioner

  • MMPI Test Result issued by a psychologist or psychiatrist (within the last 1 year)


9. Primary Care Family Medicine Specialist Program (Sp. KKLP)

  • Scanned/photographed Certificate of Passing the National Medical Competency Examination (UKMPPD)

  • Scanned/photographed valid Registration Certificate (STR) and Practice License (SIP)

  • Scanned/photographed Physical and Mental Health Certificate from a Community Health Center or Hospital

  • Scanned/photographed legalized Degree Certificates and Academic Transcripts for Bachelor of Medicine and Medical Doctor programs
    (Minimum GPA for Medical Doctor Program approximately = 2.75)

  • Letter of Study Permit from the head of the institution (for applicants employed in public or private institutions)

  • Letter confirming at least one (1) year of clinical practice experience

  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)

  • Letter of Recommendation from PERDHAKI (required for members only)

  • MMPI Test Result issued by a psychologist or psychiatrist (within the last 1 year)


10. Admission Requirements and Documents

Sports Medicine Specialist Program (SPKO)

A. General Requirements

  • Maximum age:

    • 37 years for regular applicants

    • 40 years for applicants from the Armed Forces (TNI), National Police (POLRI), or Study Assignment programs

  • Member of a professional organization

  • Proof of academic graduation and competency examination (UKMPPD)

  • Minimum of 3 months of clinical practice

  • Completion of internship program

  • Physically healthy

  • Participation in sports medicine seminars, symposiums, workshops, or scientific events (optional)

  • Active health insurance membership

  • Scholarship recipient (optional)

B. Required Documents

  • National Identity Card (KTP) or other valid identification and Study Assignment Letter

  • Professional organization membership card (IDI, PDUI, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate, Bachelor’s Academic Transcript, Professional Certificate, and Professional Academic Transcript

  • Valid Registration Certificate (STR) and Practice License (SIP)

  • Internship Completion Certificate

  • Health Certificate from a government hospital or community health center

  • Drug-Free Certificate

  • Study Permit Letter from employer (if currently employed)

  • TOEFL Certificate with a minimum score of 500

  • Certificates of seminars, symposiums, or workshops (optional)

  • Statement letter confirming experience as a sports event physician (optional)

  • BPJS Membership Card, Indonesia Health Card, or other health insurance

  • Scholarship award letter (e.g., LPDP), if applicable (optional)
