STUDY PROGRAMS AT ATMA JAYA


ADMISSION PROCEDURE
  • Applicants who have previously registered but did not take the test or did not pass the selection may re-register by logging in using their previous email.
  • Applicants may select a maximum of two (2) study programs.
  • After successful online registration, applicants will receive a confirmation email.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

UNDERGRADUATE (S1)

  • Applicants graduating from overseas institutions must submit an equivalency certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Education no later than one month before the academic year begins.
  • Applicants graduating in Academic Year 2025 or earlier must submit a legalized high school diploma during re-registration.
  • Applicants holding Package C certificates must submit a legalized diploma no later than one month before the academic year begins.
  • Registration Fee
    Medicine: IDR 500,000
    Non-Medicine: IDR 250,000.
    The registration fee that has been paid is non-refundable for any reason.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • New students who have completed the Initial Payment and confirmed their payment may submit a request to change their study program and campus location via email to admisi@atmajaya.ac.id , no later than one month before the commencement of classes. The opportunity to change is granted only once.
  • The tuition fee in the new study program will follow the applicable rate of the ongoing program at the time the transfer request is submitted.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicants selecting the Catholic Religious Education Study Program must submit a copy of their Baptism Certificate via MyAtma (Document Upload Guide) no later than three days before the examination date.
  • Applicants selecting Medicine or Pharmacy Study Programs must have a maximum gap year of two years after graduating from senior high school.
  • Applicants selecting the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy must submit a Color Blindness-Free Certificate issued by an Ophthalmologist no later than two weeks after the announcement of admission results.

PROSPECTIVE STUDENT WITH SPECIAL NEEDS DISABILITIES

  • Applicants with special needs disabilities are kindly requested to provide their own assistive devices or personal assistants during the selection process and throughout their studies.

GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENT
  • The graduation announcement will be announced via email and website
  • Participants who are declared to have passed will only be announced in one (1) selected study program. First choice is a priority in determining graduation.



NOTES


1. If you want to pay in installments, create a payment plan in the MyAtma app (the Payment Plan Guide can be downloaded from the link above).

2. If you do not create an Online Payment Plan, the remaining tuition payments are paid in full or are considered to be paid in full.


PAYMENT AND ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

Applicants who have received confirmation of acceptance are required to make the initial payment during the period. The payment receipt and Letter of Acceptance (LoA) shall be sent via email to admisi@atmajaya.ac.id.

The tuition fee that shall be paid in Semester 1 includes Educational Development Contribution (SPP), Semester Registration Fee, Main Tuition Fee per Semester, Credit Fee or Lecture Package Fee, and, specifically for Hospitality and Mechanical Engineering Programs, Uniform Fee.

Applicants who have confirmed, then accepted at State Universities (PTN) through the SNBP or SNBT (admission held in writing together and simultaneously at all PTN) as follows:

  • Then Applicants are entitled to receive back the money that has been paid except for the Initial Payment fee (non-refundable). If prospective new students are accepted outside the SNBP and SNBT channels and outside the universities listed, then the money that has been paid, cannot be requested back for any reason.
