PAYMENT AND ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

Prospective Student who have passed selection are required to carry out confirmation procedures no later than 2 weeks after the graduation announcement.

The tuition fee that shall be paid in Semester 1 includes Educational Development Contribution (SPP), Semester Registration Fee, Main Tuition Fee per Semester, Credit Fee or Lecture Package Fee, and, specifically for Hospitality and Mechanical Engineering Programs, Uniform Fee.

Applicants who have confirmed their admission, on the event that they are admitted to State Universities—including only IPB, ITS, ITB, UDAYANA, UGM, UI, UNAIR, UNBRAW, UNDIP, UNPAD, UNS, UNSOED, and USU—through SNBP or SNBT pathways (the written admission process conducted simultaneously for all State Universities) are eligible for refund of their payment, except for the initial payment which cannot be refunded. Outside the abovementioned pathways, the fee that has been paid cannot be refunded for any reasons.
Announcement for New Students Academic Year 2023/2024

The Admission Confirmation which was previously done in the Semanggi Campus, was no longer conducted and replaced with Online Document Submission on the MyAtma Online Platform. The document submissions and upload can be done at the latest on June 30, 2024.

Documents to upload:

1. ID Card/KTP -  This is compulsory for those who have ID Card or ID Card receipt; those who have not had any ID Card are required to provide their NIK as stated in Family Certificate (Kartu Keluarga) and submit their student card or family certificate online
2. Family Certificate (Kartu Keluarga)  -  COMPULSORY
3. Photos of applicants wearing a shirt with a blue background - COMPULSORY  (necessary for Student Card) 
4. Letter of Student’s Declaration with duty stamp Rp. 10.000-  COMPULSORY
5. Diploma and SKHUN (SKHUN applicable for graduates of 2022 and earlier)

Alma Mater Jacket Receipt Form - This will be informed by the Academic Team on the date of Alma Mater Jacket Distribution in the Semanggi Campus
