PAYMENT AND ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

Applicants who have received confirmation of acceptance are required to make the initial payment during the period. The payment receipt and Letter of Acceptance (LoA) shall be sent via email to admisi@atmajaya.ac.id.

The tuition fee that shall be paid in Semester 1 includes Educational Development Contribution (SPP), Semester Registration Fee, Main Tuition Fee per Semester, Credit Fee or Lecture Package Fee, and, specifically for Hospitality and Mechanical Engineering Programs, Uniform Fee.

Applicants who have confirmed, then accepted at State Universities (PTN) through the SNBP or SNBT (admission held in writing together and simultaneously at all PTN) as follows:
  • Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB)
  • Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)
  • Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB)
  • Universitas Gajah Mada (UGM)
  • Universitas Indonesia (UI)
  • Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR)
  • Universitas Brawijaya (UB)
  • Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP)
  • Universitas Padjajaran (UNPAD)
  • Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS)
  • Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU)
  • Universitas Hasanuddin (UNHAS)
  • Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI)
  • Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY)
  • Universitas Negeri Malang (UM)

  • Then Applicants are entitled to receive back the money that has been paid except for the Initial Payment fee (non-refundable). If prospective new students are accepted outside the SNBP and SNBT channels and outside the universities listed, then the money that has been paid, cannot be requested back for any reason.



    GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENT
  • Non-medical study program applicants, further information about the selection process
    will be announced 1 week after the file is submitted.

  • Medical study program applicants, further information about the selection process
    will be announced 1 month after the file is submitted.
  • Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be sent via email

    1. If you want to pay in installments, create a payment plan in the MyAtma app (the Payment Plan Guide can be downloaded from the link above).


    2. If you do not create an Online Payment Plan, the remaining tuition payments are paid in full or are considered to be paid in full.
