STUDY PROGRAMS AT ATMA JAYA


ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Applicants shall register themselves through the online admission platform on:
https://join.atmajaya.ac.id/
Applicants who registered themselves in the previous admission period but did not attend the admissions test or was not successful in the selection process shall do the re-enrollment by signing into the admission platform using the previously registered email address.
Applicants can only select 2 (two) study programs.
After successfully completing the online admission, applicants will receive a confirmation email states that their registration is successful



Test cards will be sent to the applicants’ emails or can be accessed on their admission site within 3 (three) days prior to the admissions test.
Admissions Test Fee:
Non-Medicine Study Program: Rp. 250.000,-
Medicine Study Program: Rp. 500.000,-
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR UNDERGRADUATE (S1) PROGRAM


• Students who graduate overseas are required to submit the letter of certificate equivalency from Diksdamen at the latest one month before the study commencement date.

• Students who graduate during the Academic Year 2022 or earlier are required to submit their certified senior high school diploma during the admission confirmation.

• Students who graduate with Package C diplomas are required to submit their certified diplomas during the admission confirmation at the latest on month before the study commencement date.


• Students who have just taken Package C cannot enroll in the admission period of Academic Year 2023/2024.


• Admissions Test Fee: Non-Medicine Study Program: Rp 250.000,- Medicine Study Program: Rp 500.000,-.








GENERAL REQUIREMENTS


    • Applicants who have completed the online admission but wish to change their campus location or study program are required to submit the request by sending an e-mail to the admission team through admisi@atmajaya.ac.id


    • New students who have completed the initial payment and received their Campus ID / NIM but wish to change their study program and campus location can submit the request to the admission team through e-mail on admisi@atmajaya.ac.id, at the latest one month before the study commencement date. The chance to change study programs is only given once to each new student.


SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

    • Applicants who choose Catholic Religion Education Study Program are required to submit a copy of Baptism Certificate (Catholic Baptism within the past two years or more), which can be sent to the e-mail admisi@atmajaya.ac.id, at the latest 3 (three) days before the admissions test.

    • Applications who choose Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy are required to sub it a copy of non-color blindness issued by ophthalmologists, at the latest 2 (two) weeks after the admission announcement.

    • Prospective new students with special needs (disabilities) are obliged and willing to provide supporting tools or companions for themselves in the process of new students admission process and learning during classes.






GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENT
  • Non-medical study program applicants, further information about the selection process
    will be announced 1 week after the file is submitted.

  • Medical study program applicants, further information about the selection process
    will be announced 1 month after the file is submitted.
  • Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be sent via email



  • CATATAN


    1. If you want to pay in installments, create a payment plan in the MyAtma app (the Payment Plan Guide can be downloaded from the link above).


    2. If you do not create an Online Payment Plan, the remaining tuition payments are paid in full or are considered to be paid in full.



    Announcement for New Students Academic Year 2023/2024

    The Admission Confirmation which was previously done in the Semanggi Campus, was no longer conducted and replaced with Online Document Submission on the MyAtma Online Platform.

    Documents to upload:

    1. ID Card/KTP -  This is compulsory for those who have ID Card or ID Card receipt; those who have not had any ID Card are required to provide their NIK as stated in Family Certificate (Kartu Keluarga) and submit their student card or family certificate online
    2. Family Certificate (Kartu Keluarga)  -  COMPULSORY
    3. Photos of applicants wearing a shirt with a blue background - COMPULSORY  (necessary for Student Card) 
    4. Letter of Student’s Declaration with duty stamp Rp. 10.000-  COMPULSORY
    5. Diploma and SKHUN (SKHUN applicable for graduates of 2022 and earlier)

    Alma Mater Jacket Receipt Form - This will be informed by the Academic Team on the date of Alma Mater Jacket Distribution in the Semanggi Campus
