Catholic Youth Community Banten successfully conducted an entrepreneurial workshop entitled Business Design: From Great Idea Into Great Action
Jakarta, 9 June 2023 - A workshop supported by Unika Atma Jaya, Banten Regional House of Representatives, and two large Digital Business-based entities Alfamind by Alfamart and Gojek-Tokopedia.
Vice Rector for Research and Cooperation of Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta Dr Yohanes Eko Adi Prasetyanto conveyed the importance of entrepreneurial foundation through the principles of Thinking-Action and Review on an ongoing basis.
Maretta Dian Arthanti as the Banten Provincial DPRD in charge of the Economy conveyed the need for ease of processing NIB (Business Permit Number) which can later be upgraded to Individual businesses and provide opportunities for business development to a larger scale and opportunities for employment for the surrounding community.
Agung Nugroho as Marketing Manager of Alfamind shared tricks and tips on starting a business by utilising digital marketing for beginners, actors and digital-based business development without capital without personal stock and without personal risk. Starting a business by utilising the potential of social communities and Social Entrepreneurship and networking through the excellence of the system at Alfa Group which has generated additional income as a new businessman.
Go Nusantara by GoTo facilitator Chrisma Wibowo, strengthening the digital business ecosystem by utilising the digital platform from Gojek, placing the target crowded suggestions by providing more value from the products marketed and services.
Fadil Fillp, Head of Project Management at Nara Synergy, gave his experience in establishing Nara Synergy by utilising waste to be useful by providing scholarships to people who dropped out of school and want to continue their education.
In line with Fadil, who turns waste into something useful, Regina Vianney Ayudya, as the Deputy General Secretary for Ecraf of PP Catholic Youth, who is a housewife as well as an entrepreneur, uses waste for something valuable. Regina also encourages women, especially housewives, to be able to contribute in advancing UMKM.

Chandra Firmanto as chairman of Komda Banten expects active involvement of participants and utilise the experience of digital-based business experiences both Alfamind by Alfamart and GoTo in business development, by building a new entrepreneurial ecosystem or becoming an entrepreneurial incubator through Petra Preneurship which can become an executive partner by directly engaging in mentoring MSME assistance. Where the identity of the Catholic Youth Organisation in Banten is in line with the big theme raised as a Cadre Entrepreneur Warehouse, through the spirit of Rebrown and Go Further.
The Entrepreneurial Agenda was closed by the Chairperson of the Committee Margaretha Siwi Irawati RF with the spirit of love to realise common welfare, doing small things with a big heart continuously to have a big impact, namely humanising people in the life of society and the state.
