Town Hall Meeting Atma Jaya Catholic University 2023

Jakarta, 17 April 2023 - The Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia as a higher education institution that always prioritises the quality of education provided, has regularly held Town Hall Meetings for the last three years. Town Hall Meeting after starting for the first time in 2020 to establish a KPI (key performance index) system within the scope of university employees.

Monday (17/4), Atma Jaya Catholic University (Unika Atma Jaya) invited representatives from each faculty, institution / bureau and unit to take part in the Town Hall Meeting which was held offline at Yohanes Building lt.14, Campus I Semanggi.

The event was also held in a hybrid manner, so that representatives who were unable to attend offline could still follow through the zoom application.

Dr Agustinus Prasetyantoko as the Rector of Unika Atma Jaya in his speech said that this meeting is important to be held regularly in order to measure the performance that has been carried out by employees as well as to hear input and suggestions, for the future sustainability of the University.



"The plans and strategies prepared for 2023 are based on the evaluation of 2022, every good plan can only be implemented if the entire academic community of Unika Atma Jaya can work together in synergy and collaboration," said Prasetyantoko.

In his speech, Prasetyantoko also said that Unika Atma Jaya as a university has great and main hopes to be able to carry out its mission in the world, the more Christian, the more excellent, the more professional, and the more caring.

Chairman of the Atma Jaya Foundation Board, Linus M. Setiadi, S.E., M.M., M.B.A, also attended the Town Hall Meeting. According to him, the implementation of the performance management system at Unika Atma Jaya has been getting better in recent years, although there is still room for improvement and development.

After the presentation of performance in 2022 by the Vice Chancellor, Dr. Yohanes Eko Adi Prasetyanto, S.Si, Unika Atma Jaya employees were given the opportunity to ask questions regarding matters that still need further discussion.



These questions will be answered by the Rector & Vice Rector of Unika Atma Jaya, as well as the Director of Operations, Dr Ir. FX Sunar Wibowo, M.Sc.

It is hoped that the 2023 Town Hall Meeting can further advance Unika Atma Jaya in terms of collaboration between units and between bureaus, as well as strengthen cooperation between employees and University officials.
