Hippocratic's Oath Period 3 of 2022

The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, Jakarta, has held a Doctor's Oath event for the 3rd period of 2022 on October 28, 2022. The event took place at the Klara Asisi Building, Pluit Campus, where on this occasion all New Doctors together with parents attended offline, while still following applicable health protocols. 

The Doctor's Oath was led by Dr. dr. Felicia Kurniawan, M.Kes as Dean of FKIK AJCUI, accompanied by Dr. dr. Ignatio Rika Haryono, Sp.KO as Vice Dean, Dr. dr. Poppy K. Sasmita, Sp.S., M.Kes as Head of the Professional Doctor Study Program, and dr. Irene Stephanie, M.M., Sp.B as Secretary of the Professional Doctor Study Program. Also attending this activity offline was dr. Risa Anwar representing the Chairperson of the North Jakarta IDI, through online Dr. Agustinus Prasetyantoko as the Rector of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and dr. Yudy, Sp.FM as Chairperson of PELATARAN FKIK AJCUI. 

The theme taken by 13 New Doctors this time was "Fortis Fortuna Adiuvat" which means "Fortune Favors the Bold". The selection of the theme was motivated by the obstacles they faced with great struggle during their studies which were greatly affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic. This theme symbolizes their courage and the harmony of the universe in helping them to reach the end point, becoming real doctors. On this occasion, FKIK Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia gave awards to the best graduating New Doctors, namely to Dr. Tasia Esterita as the New Doctor with the highest Graduate GPA, Dr. Maria Zita as the New Doctor with the highest CBT score and Dr. Glenardi as the New Doctor with the highest OSCE score. 

There is still a long struggle ahead of them as a doctor, congratulations on working and serving the beloved Nation and Homeland of the Republic of Indonesia. To the 13 New Doctors, may God bless and protect always.
