The State and Government Officials referred to include Expert Staff of the House of Representatives, Embassy and Consular Staff, and Staff of the Human Resources Division.

The Expert Staff of the House of Representatives has the task of providing expertise or substance support to the Members of the House, the Organs of the House, and the factions in the House in carrying out their duties and functions. The details of the tasks related to expertise support include: (1) Processing and analyzing problems in the field of legislation, budget and supervision submitted orally or in writing, both assignments and requests from Members, Organs and Factions in the form of information and data or analysis; (2) Providing input and consideration related to issues that receive the attention of the DPR, whether requested or not; (3) Providing assistance to Members, Organs and Factions in the DPR, in the preparation of materials for meetings, work visits, absorption of aspirations, etc.; (4) Developing and following the development of strategic issues that can affect the performance of the DPR RI.

Embassy and Consular Staff have the task of providing expertise or substance support to the Ministry, and Embassy and Consular Organs in carrying out their duties and functions. The details of the tasks related to the expertise support include: (1) Processing and analyzing problems in the field of legislation, budget, and supervision submitted orally or in writing, both assignments and requests from Embassies and Consular Affairs in the form of information and data or analysis; (2) Providing input and consideration related to issues that receive the attention of Embassies and Consular Affairs whether requested or not; (3) Providing assistance to Embassies and Consular Affairs in the preparation of materials for meetings, work visits, absorption of aspirations, etc.; (4) developing and following the development of strategic issues that can affect the performance of Embassies and Consular Affairs.

Human Resources Staff are tasked with organizing, managing, and regenerating, as well as empowering Human Resources to support competency, and career development in order to achieve organizational goals.
