(9/12) The Psychology Doctoral Study Program, held a public lecture "Academic Culture Towards Global" on Thursday, December 9, 2021. The resource person for this public lecture is Prof. Dr. Jony Oktavian Haryanto, S.E., M.M., M.A., as Chancellor of President University. The resource person shared his experience in leading the university towards a globalized world. He described his experience in bringing about change in the institutions he leads, and told about the system that was implemented and all the challenges it faced. As a change leader, he emphasizes the importance of courage and decisiveness to achieve the success of a system. He also raised the importance of research publications in a university. The public lecture ended with a very interesting question and answer session with the participants.
