Biography
dr. Ian Pranandi is a lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry at the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. He is actively involved in teaching undergraduate medical students, particularly in foundational biomedical sciences. His main areas of expertise include vaccinology and precision medicine, with a strong interest in advancing innovative approaches in these fields.
He obtained his medical degree (MD) from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from University of Adelaide. His research and scientific publications focus on precision medicine, emphasizing translational and interdisciplinary applications.
Beyond academia, Ian is also a practicing physician, with a focus on vaccination and precision medicine in the context of wellness. In addition, he is a musician and composer, integrating creativity and science in his professional journey.
