Biography


dr. Gisella Anastasia, MHPE, FFRI, is a medical lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. She completed her Master’s degree in Health Professions Education (MHPE) at Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. She is also a FAIMER Fellow committed to advancing health professions education.

Her academic interests include medical education, curriculum development, reflective learning, and Professional Identity Formation. She actively serves as a lecturer, Problem-Based Learning (PBL) facilitator, and skills lab instructor, and is involved in various faculty development programs covering topics such as constructive feedback, clinical reasoning, and student-centered learning.

In addition, she contributes to curriculum development and accreditation processes in medical education. She is also actively engaged in research and scientific publications in medical education, particularly in reflection, development of generic skills, and learning innovation. She has presented her work at both national and international forums.
