ADMISSION PROCEDURES & REQUIREMENTS

UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS (S1)

• Applicants must currently be enrolled in Grade 12 (Senior High School).

• Submit a softcopy of Senior High School report cards (Grade 10 and Grade 11, Semester 1 and Semester 2).

• Registration Guidelines.

Registration Fee:
Medicine Program: IDR 1,000,000,-
Non-Medicine Programs: IDR 500,000,-

The registration fee that has been paid is non-refundable for any reason.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants applying for the Catholic Religious Education Study Program must submit a copy of a Baptism Certificate (baptized as a Catholic for at least 2 years).

• Applicants applying for the Medicine and Pharmacy Study Programs: maximum gap year is 2 years after graduating from Senior High School.

• Applicants for the Medicine and Pharmacy Study Programs must submit a Color Blindness Certificate issued by an Ophthalmologist, no later than two (2) weeks after the admission announcement.

• Applicants for the Medicine Study Program who pass the academic and motivation letter selection stages will be required to attend an offline interview at Campus 2 Pluit. Online interviews are facilitated for applicants from outside Jabodetabek.

• Applicants for the Medicine, Pharmacy, and Psychology Study Programs must submit a softcopy of a Motivation Letter ( Motivation Letter Guidelines).

PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS (DISABILITIES)

• Prospective students with special needs (disabilities) are expected to provide their own supporting equipment or personal assistance during the admission process and throughout their studies.

CHANGE OF STUDY PROGRAM AND CAMPUS LOCATION

• New students who have completed the Initial Payment and confirmed their payment may submit a request to change their study program and campus location via email to admisi@atmajaya.ac.id , no later than one month before the commencement of classes. The opportunity to change is granted only once.

• The tuition fee in the new study program will follow the applicable rate of the ongoing program at the time the transfer request is submitted.

GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Non-medical study program applicants, further information about the selection process
will be announced 1 week after the file is submitted.

Medical study program applicants, further information about the selection process
will be announced 1 month after the file is submitted.

Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be sent via email

Payment Plan and Installment Guidelines

CATATAN

1. If you want to pay in installments, create a payment plan in the MyAtma app (the Payment Plan Guide can be downloaded from the link above).

2. If you do not create an Online Payment Plan, the remaining tuition payments are paid in full or are considered to be paid in full.

PAYMENT AND ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

Applicants who have received confirmation of acceptance are required to make the initial payment during the period. The payment receipt and Letter of Acceptance (LoA) shall be sent via email to admisi@atmajaya.ac.id.

The tuition fee that shall be paid in Semester 1 includes Educational Development Contribution (SPP), Semester Registration Fee, Main Tuition Fee per Semester, Credit Fee or Lecture Package Fee, and, specifically for Hospitality and Mechanical Engineering Programs, Uniform Fee.

Applicants who have confirmed, then accepted at State Universities (PTN) through the SNBP or SNBT (admission held in writing together and simultaneously at all PTN) as follows:

Then Applicants are entitled to receive back the money that has been paid except for the Initial Payment fee (non-refundable). If prospective new students are accepted outside the SNBP and SNBT channels and outside the universities listed, then the money that has been paid, cannot be requested back for any reason.
