UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS


• Candidate is currently in grade 12 (XII)

• Submit Softcopy of high school report card class X and class XI (semester 1 and semester 2)

• Prospective participants must send the administrative requirements file and proof of registration payment, to the email address: admisi.jalurrapor@atmajaya.ac.id or upload the file at join.atmajaya.ac.id

• Write the subject of the email: Registration - FY 2024/2025 Report Card
Registration Fee:
Non Medical Study Program: Rp.500.000,-
Medical Study Program: Rp.1.000.000,-




SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

    • Applicants who choose Catholic Religion Education Study Program are required to submit a copy of Baptism Certificate (Catholic Baptism within the past two years or more)

    • Applications who choose Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy are required to sub it a copy of non-color blindness issued by ophthalmologists, at the latest 2 (two) weeks after the admission announcement

    • For Medical Study Program participants who meet the file selection stage, will take part in an offline interview session at Campus 2 Pluit.

    • Submit a Softcopy of Motivation Letter or Motivation Statement, specifically for participants who choose Medicine, Pharmacy, and Psychology study programs. (Instruction Motivation Letter)

PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS (DISABILITIES)


    • Prospective new students with special needs (disabilities) are obliged and willing to provide assistive devices or companions for themselves in the process of admitting new students and learning during lectures.

PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING LOCATIONS AND MAJORS

• For new students who have made an Initial payment and have obtained a Campus ID / NIM but want to change study programs and move campus locations, may send a request to move via email to the admissions via email to admisi@atmajaya.ac.id, no later than one month before the lecture starts. The opportunity to move study programs is only given once, have been moved then cannot be moved again.



PAYMENT AND ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

Prospective Student who have passed selection are required to carry out confirmation procedures no later than 2 weeks after the graduation announcement.

The tuition fee that shall be paid in Semester 1 includes Educational Development Contribution (SPP), Semester Registration Fee, Main Tuition Fee per Semester, Credit Fee or Lecture Package Fee, and, specifically for Hospitality and Mechanical Engineering Programs, Uniform Fee.

Applicants who have confirmed their admission, on the event that they are admitted to State Universities—including only IPB, ITS, ITB, UDAYANA, UGM, UI, UNAIR, UNBRAW, UNDIP, UNPAD, UNS, UNSOED, and USU—through SNBP or SNBT pathways (the written admission process conducted simultaneously for all State Universities) are eligible for refund of their payment, except for the initial payment which cannot be refunded. Outside the abovementioned pathways, the fee that has been paid cannot be refunded for any reasons.



GRADUATION ANNOUNCEMENT

    will be announced 1 month after the file is submitted.
  • Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be sent via email



  • CATATAN


    1. If you want to pay in installments, create a payment plan in the MyAtma app (the Payment Plan Guide can be downloaded from the link above).


    2. If you do not create an Online Payment Plan, the remaining tuition payments are paid in full or are considered to be paid in full.


    Announcement for New Students Academic Year 2023/2024

    The Admission Confirmation which was previously done in the Semanggi Campus, was no longer conducted and replaced with Online Document Submission on the MyAtma Online Platform. Document upload and file submission must be completed within 2 weeks after receiving the Myatma login access email My Atma.

    Documents to upload:

    1. ID Card/KTP -  This is compulsory for those who have ID Card or ID Card receipt; those who have not had any ID Card are required to provide their NIK as stated in Family Certificate (Kartu Keluarga) and submit their student card or family certificate online
    2. Family Certificate (Kartu Keluarga)  -  COMPULSORY
    3. Photos of applicants wearing a shirt with a blue background - COMPULSORY  (necessary for Student Card) 
    4. Letter of Student’s Declaration with duty stamp Rp. 10.000-  COMPULSORY
    5. Diploma and SKHUN (SKHUN applicable for graduates of 2022 and earlier)

    Alma Mater Jacket Receipt Form - This will be informed by the Academic Team on the date of Alma Mater Jacket Distribution in the Semanggi Campus
