Final Exam Announcement 2023 Odd Semester

Herewith, we inform the Students of the Master of Law Study Program of Atma Jaya Catholic University that the Registration Stages for the Odd Semester of 2023/2024 Final Exam are as follows. 

Thesis Exam Registration Requirements: (Softcopy and Hardcopy):

1.        COMPLETED THESIS/DISSERTATION EXAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT FORM (Form FR-UAJ-07-57/R0, download: http://bit.ly/UAJ-SidangTesis) (A4 paper size)

2.      Photo with blue background, 9 sheets with details (4 pieces: 4x6 cm size and 5 pieces: 2x3 cm size) Clothes Black suit, white shirt and tie for men and white blouse and black blazer for women

3.      Proof of Student Deposit (BSM) for Thesis Examination Fee Rp. 1.500.000

4.      Proof of Student Deposit (BSM) for the cost of making a diploma Rp. 250,000

5.      Submit proof of English proficiency test (Passing Grade: EPT 450/EnglishScore 300/TOEIC 405)

6.      Photocopy of S1 diploma and copy of name change letter for those who changed their name

7.      Student Data Verification Form (download: http://bit.ly/UAJ-FormVerifikasi)

8.      Submit Print Recap Grades (grade of all courses at least B)

9.      Submit a Curriculum Vitae containing Personal, Education and Work Data briefly and clearly

10.   Thesis bundle that has received approval from the Supervisor, in duplicate with 4 red cover colors

11.     Submit proof of submission/acceptance to accredited national scientific journals/international journals.

12.   Copy of KTP/ID Card

13.   No outstanding financial obligations

14.   No debt obligations related to the Library (return of books or fines)

15.   Have passed all courses, except Thesis. If you are still taking courses this semester, then the final exam will be scheduled after the grades come out.
