Mediation in Employment Relation Dispute

In the case of unresolved employment relation dispute between the business owner and the employee, a third party shall intervene to help resolve such dispute. An ideal employment relation is supposed to be a partnership-based relation. In line with this, any emerging dispute should be resolved through mutual discussions that prioritize the spirit of partnership. One of the important alternatives to resolve such dispute peacefully outside the trial system is mediation. However, it is apparent that mediation has some conceptual drawbacks in its mechanisms. Improvement in the mechanisms of mediation is therefore necessary.
