The fundamental concept of grant of Intellectual Property Rights is that the right holder, who is the party working to contribute efforts, time, and money to produce a work, is eligible to use his right as an asset or transfer the right to other parties either for social purposes (gift, will) or for commercial purposes (License Agreement or Transfer Agreement, and other types of agreement) and is eligible for legal protection from the illegal use of his rights by other parties.
