Pristiana Widyastuti is a graduate of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program and an academic with interests in business administration, entrepreneurship, and higher education development. Her teaching focuses in Research Methodology, Digital Marketing, and International Business. Her research interests encompass marketing, consumer behavior, entrepreneurship, and business strategy, with an emphasis on bridging academic knowledge and practical applications. Her community engagement activities primarily focus on empowering women and mothers to improve family well-being through capacity building, entrepreneurship education, and business development. She has also been involved in entrepreneurship mentoring programs for marginalized communities as part of efforts to promote economic self-reliance and social inclusion.
In addition, she frequently serves as a speaker at seminars and workshops on business model development, branding, market positioning, and marketing strategy for entrepreneurs and business practitioners. She believes that higher education plays a strategic role in developing adaptive, competitive human capital capable of contributing to sustainable economic and social development.
