Biography
Christine Winstinindah Sandroto is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Academic Position: Associate Professor.
Her research interests in Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Human Behavior in Organizations, and Leadership have been widely published in reputable international and national journals.
She is also extensively involved as a coach and trainer in HR and other soft skill industries. Christine holds international certifications in HR, including aPHRI, PHRI, and a Coursera course certificate.
She is currently pursuing a Doctoral Program in Management Science.
