Biography
Researcher with more than twenty years of experience in sustainability governance, institutional analysis, and public-sector accountability. My research explores how urban infrastructures are reconfigured through interactions among governance arrangements, institutional capacities, technological innovation, and community participation. Building on an academic background in accounting and valuation, I have progressively expanded my work toward decentralized infrastructure, circular resource systems, renewable energy transitions, and comparative urban governance. My current research integrates sustainability transitions, political geography, and innovation geography to examine how cities assemble, adapt, and scale socio-technical configurations under different institutional conditions. Through comparative research between Southeast Asia and Europe, I seek to contribute to more context-sensitive approaches to infrastructure transformation and sustainability transitions.
