Biography

Engelbertha Evrantine Silalahi, S.E., M.S., is an Associate Professor (Lektor Kepala) at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia with expertise in Budget Planning and Government Management. She has extensive experience in organisational governance, human resource management, and improving the effectiveness of budget planning and implementation in the public sector. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she actively participates in research focusing on organisational capacity building, public governance, and the empowerment of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Her dedication to educational quality and human resource development is reflected in an academic approach that integrates theory, practice, and societal needs. This commitment serves as the foundation for creating sustainable contributions to academia, government institutions, and the broader development of communities and SMEs.
